Fine room and particularly good views

Very comfy bed. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe — very useful. Very central location, relatively close to Avenida Balboa Waterside Road. Neat rooms

Always pleasant staff. Favourable and unbeatable location, short walk to Rita Smith supermarket, Thrift rent-a-car, many restaurants, shops, waterfront park.

The breakfast had a variety of options, the room was bright with a walk-in shower and spacious bathrooms.

I stayed for one night and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with juice, generous portions, and yogurt, as well as the minimalist style room.

The place was fairly clean with a wonderful staff. The hotel was in a favorable location close to walking distance and offering free shuttles to the airport, Casco Viejo, and Cinta Costera. Additionally, it is near the Balboa boardwalk by the ocean.

The hotel's location is perfect, just a block away from the metro train. The included breakfast and pool are a great addition. The dinner options, although a bit salty, were decent. The cappuccino in the morning was delicious. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The hotel is also conveniently located near restaurants and bars. The staff, especially one tall guy at the day reception, were extremely helpful. The room was spacious, with a fridge and good air conditioning. The cleaners were polite and efficient. The buffet breakfast was okay, although it may not win any culinary awards. The location is also convenient, with a 5-minute walk to the metro station, allowing easy access to all parts of Panama and beyond.

overpriced. it's sister hotel,the Costa Inn is cheaper for the same level of quality. The room I recieved was not what I expected.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the tall guy at the reception, were really helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with a fridge and good air conditioning. The hotel is located right in the center of the city, making it easy to walk to some attractions, including the old town. Additionally, there are some great restaurants nearby. The free breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly. we were very satisfied with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the location close enough to walk to some attractions.

Beds were comfortable, staff helpful. Close to town, shopping, restaurants. Gym not air-conditioned. Food great, restaurant open late. Pool nice.
